Frognerbygg is a real esate company that owns and manages commercial and residential properties. The company was founded and developed by Bik-Bok entrepreneur Kenneth Sandvold in the 1990s and has since then built a considerable property portfolio.
The properties consist of commercial and residential properties, as well as parking lots. The majority of the commercial and rental properties are located in Oslo, in central locations such as Grünerløkka, Majorstuen and Frogner. We also own retail parks and logistics centres elsewhere in the country.

The company is wholly owned by Sandvoldguppen. Its offices are located centrally in Skøyen, Oslo.

AS Naturbetong is one of the larger real estate developers in the Greater Oslo Region. Currently, 80% of the company is owned by Sandvoldgruppen and 20% by Hein Holding. Its current owners acquired the company in 1992. Naturbetong has made its mark as a solid actor in the housing market, mainly in the Greater Oslo Region, and, as of 2020, has completed approx. 90 housing projects with a total of 6000 flats. The company has also completed and is currently developing holiday homes in Eastern Norway. Naturbetong also owns and operates commercial properties in Bærum. The company’s offices are located in Sørkedalsveien, in Majorstuen, central Oslo.
